Cancellations must be done within 48 hours of the scheduled cleaning date, otherwise you are subjected to a 55$ fee.

We do not move heavy furniture or appliances or work at heights, however will use our tools to reach underneath as best as we can.

If we are locked out of your home upon arrival, we will try to contact you. If within 10 minutes you cannot be reached, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged for the full cost of a 2-hour clean.

All invoices left in arrears is subjected to a $25 fee added to the balance every 30 days.
